AGB's

  1. Between Xcluse, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer," and the customers who purchase tickets for activities organized by the Organizer, hereinafter referred to as the "Customers," the following terms and conditions apply.

  2. Customer bookings made with the Organizer are binding, and the total price must be paid in advance using one of the available payment methods.

  3. By purchasing a ticket, the Customer acquires a room in the booked category as well as additional event services during the booked event period.

  4. Rooms within the selected category may vary in location, size, amenities, and furnishings. The Customer has no entitlement to a specific room.

  5. The assignment of suites is at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

  6. The Organizer arranges airport transfers for the Customer upon arrival and departure.

  7. Transport provided by the Organizer for events and excursions operates within a defined time window, communicated to the Customer, with a 15-minute departure tolerance. Outside this time frame, the Customer has no entitlement to transportation.

  8. Additional event services such as excursions, club visits, or restaurant bookings may vary by event and are detailed on the event description on the website.

  9. Activities included in the booked package are optional. The Customer may decide individually whether to participate in each activity. Non-participation does not entitle the Customer to a refund, alternative program, or individual transportation.

  10. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the event or modify certain program details or services. If an event is canceled before it begins, the Customer will receive a full refund of the ticket price. If changes are made to services during the event, the Organizer will provide a replacement of equal value where possible. No financial compensation will be granted.

  11. The Organizer is not liable for any damage to persons or property that may occur during the stay, transportation, events, or other activities. The Customer is responsible for their own safety. We recommend obtaining personal liability insurance.

  12. Meals included in the package price are provided. Customers with allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions must inform the Organizer as early and as accurately as possible. The Organizer will do its best to accommodate special dietary needs where possible.

  13. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the in-room minibar are included and replenished daily. Beverages not included in the booked package can be ordered separately and will be charged accordingly, both within and outside the resort.

  14. Any additional chargeable services at the resort will be billed to the Customer and must be settled immediately.

  15. Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, and infrastructure. Customers are liable for any damage caused to rooms, facilities, or event locations. The Organizer may charge the Customer for such damages immediately.

  16. In cases of serious violations of the Organizer’s code of conduct, the Organizer reserves the right to expel the Customer from the premises immediately and exclude them from the remainder of the event without compensation. Any unused services will be forfeited.

  17. By purchasing a ticket and/or additional packages, the Customer accepts these general terms and conditions.

  18. Jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
